The conversation becomes the project record.

Pristine Consult carries the full visit from the iPad in the field to the Rails workspace in the office—customer context, audio, transcript, site survey, and next-step tools together.

A good meeting can still produce a bad handoff.

The problem starts after everyone leaves. Audio sits in one place. Notes in another. The survey gets rebuilt from memory. The office receives the result without the conversation that shaped it.

Details decay

Preferences, measurements, and reasons are easiest to understand on site—and hardest to recover later.

Work gets repeated

Someone listens again, re-enters the same facts, or chases down an answer the customer already gave.

Save state stays invisible

If nobody can tell what is safe on the iPad and what reached the server, the handoff becomes guesswork.

Pristine Consult is built around one order of operations: preserve first, structure second, hand off once.

Stay with the customer. Capture the whole visit.

Open the customer, start the consultation, and keep talking. Pristine Consult records the session while the consultant works through scope and notes—without turning the meeting into form-filling theater.

Customer context
Contact, property, and consultation history begin on the same record.
Live field capture
Audio, transcript segments, scope, and notes stay with the session.
Consultation history
Every completed visit remains attached to the customer who was in the room.

What was said stays findable.

The recording can be transcribed into speaker-labeled, time-stamped segments. When a preference, constraint, or promise needs context, the field team and office can return to the customer’s actual words.

The conversation starts the survey. A person finishes it.

After the conversation ends, the structured site survey opens. Details heard in the meeting can appear as suggestions to review—never as silent edits. The consultant remains the decision-maker.

Review, don’t assume
Conversation-derived suggestions are accepted or dismissed by a person.

The handoff tells you where the work lives.

Field software should never make “saved” a matter of faith. Pristine Consult separates what is safely stored on the iPad from what has reached the server, and keeps unfinished work resumable.

The product’s governing rule is simple: a consultation recording is captured once and must remain recoverable through interruption or retry.

The office sees the visit, not a summary of it.

In the Rails console, staff follow the same customer into consultation sessions, transcripts, site surveys, property work, feasibility studies, and estimates. The tools stay human-controlled; the context is already there.

One customer spine
Identity, property, activity, sessions, and survey records remain connected.
Replay the source
Office staff can return to the recording and transcript when a decision needs context.
Continue the work
Property research, feasibility, and estimate tools sit beside the customer record.

What changes in the handoff

No magic. Less reconstruction.

The failure point The connected record
Field notes scatter across tools A structured survey stays tied to the customer
Audio loses the reason behind a decision Recording and transcript stay attached to the session
“Saved” is an assumption Local save and server backup are separate, visible states
The office rebuilds the visit from memory The customer record carries the visit forward

One visit. One continuous record.

Pristine Consult is not a generic CRM dropped into a field workflow. It is the consultation workflow—from the first customer screen to the office follow-through.
